After graduating high school in 2016, I continued my education at Purdue. Here, I completed my first year of engineering. While at Purdue, I was involved in a class/organization called EPICS. EPICS was dedicated to helping local community organizations with new innovations to help the organization be more efficient. I was the team leader for the two semesters that I was at Purdue. My team was dedicated to helping the local school science teacher with different tools that he could use in his classroom to enhance the students learning.
I transferred to UW-Platteville at the beginning of the 2017 fall semester. Here, I changed my major to Early Elementary education birth through age 11. I also started two minors. One in early childhood education and one in special education inclusion. I will graduate in May of 2021 with this major and the two minors. While at Platteville, I had many opportunities to work in local school districts and get hands on experiences.
