Joyce Frohn (she/her) has been published 329 times, in anthologies, websites, blogs, magazines, bumper stickers and cookbooks. She keeps writing because new ideas keep coming. She loves helping people learn to become better writers. 

John Scheelk: Indoor and Window Box Gardening

John Scheelk is a 73 years young retired cartographer. I have lived in three countries and traveled to 15 countries. In the U.S., I have traveled to 48 states and lived in 9. My next trip will be in June of this year. I am going to a conference in Berlin, Germany. 

Kelly Reyer: Recycling Right & T-Shirt Upcycling

Kelly Reyer is the Education & Outreach Specialist with Winnebago County Solid Waste Management and a UW–Oshkosh alum. Her education and experience in the environmental field have fueled her passion for resource conservation, and she appreciates the opportunity to encourage proper material disposal and teach best recycling practices 

Andy Miller: Australia: A Cheesehead Down Under

Andy Miller is a Teaching Assistant Professor at UW-Oshkosh. As a child, he heard the song "Down Under" and immediately started planning to go to Australia. About 40 years later, he finally made it and has been there twice since. 

Mary Pleiss: Imagined Plants at the Paine

Mary Pleiss (she/her) is the Director of Education at the Paine Art Center and Gardens. She has over 30 years experience teaching, developing curriculum, writing, and working with teachers to develop arts integrated lessons. She loves sharing the beautiful art, architecture, and gardens at the Paine with learners of all ages.  

Lisa & Andy Laluzerne: Paper Airplanes

Lisa and Andy Laluzerne are teachers with over 64 years combined experience.  Andy is an avid airplane enthusiast and retired high school teacher.  Lisa is kindergarten teacher.

Wild Ones Fox Valley Area Chapter

Since our Chapter’s beginning in 1994, Wild Ones Fox Valley Area (WOFVA) continues to celebrate and promote the use of native plants in home and civic landscaping.  We lead the natural landscaping movement in exploring, teaching, and changing the practice of gardening to include the use of native plants.  Join us in helping to restore our natural world. WOFVA serves Calumet, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Outagamie, Waushara, Waupaca and Winnebago counties.
