Andy Miller is a Teaching Assistant Professor at UW-Oshkosh. As a child, he heard the song "Down Under" and immediately started planning to go to Australia. About 40 years later, he finally made it and has been there twice since.

Colleen DeBruin is a Kimberly native wrapping up her first year at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She is double-majoring in business marketing and management. DeBruin is a well-decorated swimmer who broke school records in her freshman season, with three individuals and one relay, and has more to come in the following years. As she continues her professional and personal journey, DeBruin is dedicating her time to volunteer at Free School 2026, cultivating connections with the community, and inspiring friendships between students.
Darren and Misty McPhee: Anatomy of a Net-Zero Home & Discover Bike Touring!
Darren is a Master Electrician and Misty teaches Environmental Studies at UWO. They both care deeply about the role of renewables and green building in limiting the emissions of greenhouse gasses and thus the effects of climate change.
Darren and Misty have ridden thousands of miles in various parts of the country. Some trips as short as 30, others as long as 800. They would love to share their passion for the two-wheeled lifestyle with you!

Originally from Milwaukee, Richard Imp now lives in Appleton, where he works as the Director of Environmental Education for the Apple Creek Branch of the Fox Cities YMCA. A graduate of UW - Stevens Point, Richard is passionate about ecological restoration, outdoor education, and finding ways to make natural spaces and outdoor experiences accessible for everyone.
Shannon Davis-Foust: Fear to Trust Animal Empathy Training & Tae Kwon Do
Shannon is a Lecturer at UWO and has over 15 years of experience teaching environmental topics. She is a hobby farmer, avid gardener, wildlife watcher, beekeeper, and, in her spare time, volunteers for many environmental groups, including the Wild Ones Fox Valley Chapter, Citizens Climate Lobby, Winnebago Audubon Society, and Natural Resources Foundation of Wisconsin.
