Our chapter of Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS) aims to bridge the gender gap in the field of cybersecurity by providing members with opportunities to build their technical and professional skills. We are an inclusive organization that is open to all, and welcome those of every skill level from beginner to advanced. Meeting topics include Resume Building, Open Source Intelligence, Personal Security Trends, and more.
Upcoming Meetings
Our next meeting will be on gender politics and professionalism in the field of cybersecurity. We will discuss the gender disparity in workplace exclusion within the field, how inclusion makes us stronger, and how to conduct ourselves in the workplace. Join us Wednesday, 9/2 at 5:30PM, Bldg. 4 Rm. 248
