Daymen is a Social work Major and serves as the President of the Residence Hall Association. Daymen enjoys reading, writing and meeting new people. After Graduating Daymen plans to return as a Grad student and pursue his masters in Social work so he can become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and work with Foster children.
The President of Residence Hall Association shall:
Act as a representative of the residential student body to the Department of Housing and Residence Life, and any other university organization/administration, as necessary.
Ensure all members of the RHA executive board are fulfilling their duties and delegate new tasks or responsibilities as they see fit.
Be an active RHA Executive Board member and fulfill other responsibilities as specified by the Executive Board.
Assume or assign the duties of other executive members in their absence.
Maintain correspondence with other RHA Presidents in Florida, the region and nationwide, if possible.
Coordinate leadership and team-building training for the Executive Board and Area Representatives.
Oversee the election of new officers in the event that vacancies occur in the elected offices.
See that all RHA elections are conducted properly and in accordance with this constitution provided they are not a current candidate.
Meet weekly with the RHA advisor.
Contact people to speak at RHA General Body meetings to share knowledge on events and services that affect the residents.
Compose and write agendas for the General Body, Executive Board, and Area Council/Executive Board joint meetings.
Be an active member of Student Involvement committees or other on-campus student organizations as needed or requested.
Determine whether or not quorum has been met at the beginning of each General Body meeting.
Welcome all new members of RHA.
Provide a current summary of RHA accounts to the Executive Board monthly.
Represent RHA in all business transactions, ensuring that the organization upholds all contracts.

Kyanna Mai is a sophomore health administration major and is the Vice President for Residence Hall Association. Kyanna Mai enjoys cooking, playing soccer, and eating. After graduation, Kyanna Mai plans on continuing her education with hopes of operating hospitals.
The Vice President of Residence Hall Association shall:
Assume the responsibility of the President in a period of absence until they return.
Keep accurate minutes at meetings and send them to the Community Councils and all HRL Staff.
Keep record of all RHA Exec, General Body meeting minutes and attendance as well as reported Community Council Exec, and General Body meeting minutes and attendance.
Keep accurate attendance records at RHA programs and events as well as reported Community Council programs and events.
Keep current and appropriate contact information and descriptions of RHA officers.
Fulfill clerical needs (e.g., typing and file keeping) for programs, fundraising, and conferences.
Send invitations to RHA meetings and communicate with guest speakers.
Keep an active RHA Email account
Check the RHA Email at least once a week
Send out emails as needed to inform residents of upcoming meetings and programs.
Be an active RHA Executive Board member and fulfill other responsibilities as specified by the President and Executive Board.

Bri is a junior majoring in Elementary Education and is the Marketing Coordinator for the Residence Hall Association. Bri enjoys doing colorguard, reading, singing, and cooking. After graduation Bri plans on going back to Orlando and working for DisneyWorld again as a full time cast member doing children’s activities.
The Marketing Coordinator of Residence Hall Association shall:
Maintain the RHA web page and social media accounts.
Continuously promote and recruit new members for RHA.
Oversee all advertising related to RHA.
Post all meeting times and speakers.
Keep an active RHA E-mail account
Check the RHA E-mail account at least once a week
Send out emails as needed to inform residents of upcoming meetings and programs.
Be an active RHA Executive Board member and fulfill other responsibilities as specified by the President and Executive Board.

Kelsey is a freshman majoring in Musical Theatre and is excited to be the Programming Coordinator for the Residence Hall Association. Kelsey enjoys singing, traveling, and listening to podcasts. After graduation Kelsey plans on traveling the world and seeing where life takes her.
The Programming Coordinator of Residence Hall Association shall:
Plan with the Executive Board and execute all RHA Programming.
Attend SAACURH, FARH, and Mini-FARH conferences and present programs on behalf of the UWF RHA when possible.
Oversee the Programming Committee consisting of the programming chairs of each community council.
Organize and execute fundraising events with the Marketing Coordinator.
Be an Active RHA Member and fulfill other responsibilities as specified by the President, NCC, and Executive Board.

The National Communications Coordinator of Residence Hall Association shall:
To be the chief representative and maintain a record of correspondence to FARH, SAACURH, NACURH, and all other NCCs in the state of Florida.
To answer and post questions on the aforementioned list-serves.
Keep RHA currently affiliated and in good standing with the above organizations.
Attend chats and be an active participant in SAACURH between conferences.
Maintain correspondence and plan activities with other schools in the State of Florida.
To act as the delegation leader to all conferences:
Prepare and submit all registration information.
Distribute “I want to go” forms to potential delegates.
Present the Executive Board with a list of delegate nominations.
Coordinate roll-call, presentations, bid writing, and anything to enhance conferences.
Prepare “Of the Month”, “Florida Excellence in Housing Awards”, RHA General Body recognition, and coordinate the end of the year banquet in collaboration with NRHH.
Recognize new members of RHA as they attend meetings.
Shall take attendance at meetings and record minutes in the absence of the RHA Vice President.

Nicole is a co-advisor for Residence Hall Association. Nicole serves full time as a Residence Life Coordinator for Housing and Residence Life at university of West Florida. Nicole earned a BA in Accounting and Political Science as well as a Master of Business Administration from Pittsburg State University - Go'Rillas! In her free time, Nicole enjoys reading, playing board games, and spending time with her dog Ruthie.
Josie is a co-advisor for Residence Hall Association. Josie serves as the Programming and Advising Graduate Assistant for Housing and Residence Life at the University of West Florida. Josie earned a BS in Exercise Science and Health Promotions from the University of West Florida and is working on her masters in Strategic Communications and Leadership from the University of West Florida. Josie enjoys cooking, crafting, and playing card games.
