We, the Residence Hall Association (RHA) of the University of West Florida (UWF), have established ourselves for the following reasons:
To address resident concerns about their welfare at UWF
To coordinate area representatives and their councils
To encourage leadership development among all residents
To act as a liaison between the residents of UWF and the Department of Housing and Residence Life (DHRL), Student Government, and all other relevant departments and communities on the UWF campus.
To bring educational and engaging programs to the residents.
Any resident can join the Residence Hall Association by attending building Community Council meetings or the weekly RHA General Body meeting. Each week, RHA provides an avenue for residents to express concerns or share ideas for bettering the on-campus experience. RHA also serves as a liaison between residents of UWF and the Department of Housing and Residence Life, Student Government, and all other relevant departments and communities on campus.
