4 PM: Short Case Awards and Networking Reception with refreshments, Long Case Drawing

6 PM: Advisor Dinner

6:30 PM: Optional Competitor Activities

11 AM: Campus Tour

12 PM: Group Photos 

12:30 PM: Seattle Exploration with Student Ambassadors

5:30 PM: Cultural Showcase and Dinner

9 AM-6 PM: Work rooms available for Long Case prep

9:50 AM: Long Case Distribution

10 AM-4 PM: Advisor Activities, lunch provided

12 PM: Lunch Boxes delivered to teams

12:30-4 PM: Sample Classrooms open for viewing

9:45 AM: Long Case Preliminary Round

11:30 AM-12:45 PM: Lunch, Finals Drawing

1:15-3:30 PM: Final Round

4-5:30 PM: Award Reception, with happy hour refreshments/drinks
