Prospective Student Visit Day and
Graduate Student Symposium,
Friday, March 7

Admitted graduate students are invited to join us for our Visit Day and our Graduate Student Symposium. Since the College of the Environments events, and the GSEE events are held on different dates from our departmental events, you may participate in all three sets of activities (see below).

For the SEFS events, when we can, some of the schedule will be live-streamed as invariably not everyone can make it here in-person.  

The last event of the day will run into the evening.  We suggest arriving in the Seattle area on Thursday, and leaving on Saturday, for the SEFS events.

Graduate Student Excellence and Equity (GSEE)

Visit Days Events:

Admitted graduate students starting their graduate studies at the UW in Autumn 2025 are invited to join GSEE for Virtual Visit Days. Since the GSEE events are held on different dates from our events, you may participate in all three sets of activities. 

• Virtual Student Panel via Zoom: April 3, 10–11:15 a.m., via zoom.

• In-Person Reception in the Petersen Room (Allen Library): April 4, noon-2 p.m.

Registration is required for admitted prospective students to attend the events.
