If you chose Zelle for payments and:
You have not received ANY earnings yet: Email uwpearl@uw.edu to confirm the legal name and email/phone number that is associated with your account.
You have received earnings before: Email to uwpearl@uw.edu if you haven't been paid within 2 weeks of a payment being processed.
If you chose Amazon gift cards for payments:
Double check that it's been 2(+) weeks since that set of weekly earnings was processed.
Earnings are processed the Friday after you receive the payment confirmation email.
Email uwpearl@uw.edu to ask about the status of your gift card(s) if it's been 2(+) weeks since processing.
