A: Follow these steps to share your GoogleFit export with the lab:
A: Follow these steps to share your GoogleFit export with the lab:
Go to Google Takeout using your phone's web browser.
Click "Deselect all" then scroll down to select "Google Fit".
Ensure the following are selected: (A) Multiple formats, (B) All fit data included.
Click "Next step" at the bottom of the page then "Send download link via email".
Make sure the following are selected: (A) Export once, (B) .zip file format, (C) 2 GB file size.
Click "Create Export".
Download your file from Google Takeout's Manage Exports section or the link sent to your email.
Upload the .zip file to your secure data storage folder.
Check your export request email for this folder's link or reach out to uwpearl@uw.edu if you can't find or access it.
Email uwpearl@uw.edu to let us know your data is ready to be retrieved.
