A: Follow these steps to share your Apple Health export with the lab:
A: Follow these steps to share your Apple Health export with the lab:
Open the Health app in your iPhone.
Tap on the icon for your account (top right corner of the screen).
Scroll down to select Export All Health Data.
Click "Export" in the pop-up window.
Once ready, save the file and then upload it to your secure data storage folder.
Check your export request email for this folder's link or reach out to uwpearl@uw.edu if you can't find or access it.
Email uwpearl@uw.edu to let lab staff know your export is ready to be retrieved.
