Enhance Fitness is a group exercise program that helps older adults at all levels of fitness become more active, energized, and empowered. This program involves strength, endurance, and balance training. Enhance Fitness will be taught virtually by a trained and certified instructor.
Participants will virtually attend Enhance Fitness classes three times per week, for 4 months. All necessary technology to access virtual classes will be provided.
