This guide provides instructions for preparing the game kits.
Important notes
First, calculate how many kits you need (1 kit per 4-6 people)
Prepare 3 envelops per kit. We recommend different colors to easily keep track of which folder to hand out at the different points in the game
Some materials come 2 or 4 to a sheet. This reduces the amount of printing needed.
Some materials can be laminated for re-use; other materials are single use since players will mark on them.
Attach the 4 chart posters on the wall or lay them flat on a table where the teams can easily access them. Only 1 set is needed since all teams will walk over to where the charts are located.

Tape mission statement to outside of envelop
Insert materials for 3 puzzles
Note: The charts puzzle is best printed on poster sized paper and attached to a wall (see below). If that is not an option, print the charts on normal paper and insert in envelop 1

CHART POSTERS
CHART POSTERS
The chart posters should be attached to a wall, or placed flat on a table. Game enjoyment is higher when players have a chance to walk around.
IF this is not feasible, feel free to print the charts on regular sized paper and place them in Folder #1
