Place the first envelope on each table with instructions to NOT OPEN until you give the signal
Ask people to gather in teams of 4-6 players around each table.
Describe your role as a game host and provide the following instructions:
They will need to work together collaboratively
They should have minimal interaction with other teams in the room. They should not shout out answers and spoil the puzzles for other teams!
The game is designed to be challenging, but you, as the game host, will be available to provide hints when necessary.
There is a part in the game where they need to access something online, so they will need a phone or laptop.
Once they complete the game, there will be a debrief discussion.
Confirm each table has an envelope. Then, read out the mission statement:
📥 Mission Statement:
Lately, a lot of your friends have been diving into health and fitness trends they’ve come across on social media, especially your bestie -- Robin. Wild sleep and workout schedules, trips to health treatments you didn’t even know existed. Now you are worried that Robin is about to follow some risky advice. So, you decide it’s time to start asking questions—where is Robin getting all these ideas, and why have these trends taken over Robin’s life?
Give the signal to open the envelope and start the game.
Start a timer on your phone to track the game time
When a team turns in the first answer card with the following three correct passcodes on it, hand them the SECOND packet.
→ Correct passcodes: @VitalityGreen, ROUTINE, EXCESSIVE
Teams solve only one puzzle in this envelope (Rabbit's Puzzle). They scan a QR code to get an online clue.
→ Correct passcode: BLUE
⚠️ If players have trouble accessing the QR link, have it ready on your laptop as a backup, or use the printout version (in Game Kit)

When a player says the word “BLUE” to you, give them the final puzzle packet (the set of materials that include the cat tiles).
Teams solve only one puzzle in this envelope (Cat Tiles Puzzle).
→ Correct passphrase: RABBIT HOLE
When a team hands in the final answer card with the correct final password, give them the Congratulations page and record the time.
Let them know that there is one last activity before wrapping up the experience -- the debrief.
The Puzzle Guide includes hints for each puzzle to help teams along that are struggling.
Celebrate the winning team/s using the times you wrote down on their final answer cards.
