We are excited to welcome you to our Biology department graduation! The event will take place on Friday, June 13th 2025. The doors will open at 12PM and the ceremony will begin at 1PM.
Doors open: 12PM
Graduation Ceremony: 1PM-2:30PM
Meet and Greet with Students, Family, Faculty and Staff: 2:30PM-4:00PM
There are no tickets required for this event. Alaska Airlines arena seats 7,000 people so we have plenty of room for all guests of Biology graduates
If you wish to park on campus, parking permits will be required for this event. Students can purchase these permits for themselves and their guests through the Commencement Registration/Order Form, May 7th to May 22, 2025. Day of parking will be available in lots E1 and E18 for $19.50.
Alaska Airlines Arena has a clear bag policy. Balloons, artificial noise makers, and confetti poppers are not allowed. Strollers can be parked at a corral near the NW entrance of the arena. Stoller parking is not attended.
We will not have a livestream available of our graduation. We will have a photographer at the event and students who RSVP will receive information to view and purchase photos after graduation.

All entrances at Alaska Airlines Arena are ADA accessible. There are approximately 100 ADA seats throughout the venue. Assistive listening devices are available at no charge at the table near section 11/12.
The Hec Edmundson customer service team will be available on the day of the event to assist guests with accessibility. It will be helpful for us to receive requests for accessibility early to ensure that our event is welcoming and accessible for all attendees.
