About the workshop
KinMAT 2024 Workshop is dedicated to bring together experienced researchers and early stage scientists on the mathematical description of collective dynamics (gravitation, plasmas, flocking, swarming, synchronization, etc) in the three basic scales (micro, meso and macroscopic). It aims to showcase state-of-the-art techniques stemming from PDEs, probability, kinetic theory, fluid mechanics and graph theory. The conference is organized on a series of extended talks (40 min), and we also envisage some short talks (15 min) for young researchers (but not exclusively) to communicate their results (see Application).
KinMAT 2024 Workshop will be held at the University of Warsaw in June 3-7, 2024, and it is organized by:
Michał Fabisiak, University of Warsaw;
Piotr Mucha, University of Warsaw;
Jan Peszek, University of Warsaw;
David Poyato, University of Granada.
KinMAT 2024 Workshop is a part of KinMAT program, ”Kinetic description of collective dynamics and related emergent phenomena”, realised at the University of Warsaw and the Banach Center (see KinMAT webpage and Scientific Committee).
