Your donations support student scholarships and our annual meeting where students and professionals can engage with each other. In 2025, we raised over $10,000 worth of scholarships for students! This would not be possible without assistance from donors like you. Thank you for any past support!
We accept both monetary and product donations; vendors can donate to receive exhibit space at the annual meeting and any products donated will support our raffle and silent auction. 100% of the revenue generated during the raffle and auction goes to student scholarships. All donations to this organization are tax deductible (ID # 237-035-718).
Our annual 3-day meeting focuses on wildlife research and management techniques and is attended by professional wildlife biologists, natural resource professionals, students, and sportsmen. Our roughly 150 attendees largely work outdoors in wild spaces have a vested interest in wildlife, hunting, fishing, bird watching, nature, photography, and outdoor recreation.
Donating presents a unique marketing opportunity for your company because your products will be used after the conference by wildlife or natural resource professionals, and students pursuing careers in wildlife or natural resource professions who attend Utah’s major universities. Items such as hats, water bottles, shirts, backpacks, flashlights, knives or outdoor products with your logo would be worn or used after the conference, providing effective marketing for your brand. Our members are viewed by others as experts in the outdoors because of their careers, and advocacy of your products by our members carries significant influence.
We are currently planning our next Annual Meeting in March 2026, location TBD. Our meeting venue hosts marketing space for sponsors and exhibit space for vendors, and your business will be featured in our publication for this annual meeting.
