Announcements from the Board
Photo contest: To submit a photo, please bring a printed 8x10 inch photo to the registration table at the Annual Meeting. Categories include: amphibians, reptiles, fish, birds, invertebrates, mammals, trail camera, human dimensions, landscapes/still life, and comedic. More details about the contest can be found here.
Grants-in-Aid: See our Grants-in-Aid page for more information. We are accepting applications through Friday, April 17, 2026.
Merchandise: Official Utah Chapter of The Wildlife Society hats and shirts (in limited quantities and sizes) are available for purchase ($20) at this year's Annual Meeting.
Prize Drawing & Silent Auction: Back by popular demand, we will hold a silent auction and prize drawing at this year's meeting. Don't miss your chance to win ski resort lift passes, technical gear, firearms, art, clothing, and more!
Free Gear Table: This year we will again host a *Free* Gear Table. Don't forget to bring any new or lightly used gear you'd like to donate for this fun resource.

One-day registration option for Federal employees!
The Utah Chapter of The Wildlife Society is deeply committed to inclusive participation and recognizes the critical role that interaction among our members plays in achieving Utah's wildlife management and conservation goals. To facilitate this, we are offering a special one-day registration option for Federal employees affected by current travel limitations for $50. This registration is also available to non-Federal members impacted by recent changes. Registration can be completed online or in-person at the meeting. We look forward to seeing you in Bryce Canyon!
Late Registration is Open
Click the link below to register for the 2026 Annual Meeting. Late registration for professionals is open and $160 . Student registration will remain at $50.
We still have spots available in the following workshops: Immobilization of Wildlife, Motus, Communications, and Camera Trapping.
Conference t-shirt pre-orders are closed. We will have a limited number of shirts available at the conference for purchase.
