The Biologiska Ämnesrådet (commonly called BÄR) is the council for everyone studying biology at Uppsala University! We are a section association at Uppsala University whose main mission is to help our students make the absolute most of their time studying, and as a member of BÄR you can do everything from attending sittings with Darwin, trying new sports with BIF, or why not join us and the board for a sewing circle?

We also work with things like academic advocacy and strive to keep the quality of the education high, so whether the classroom is too cold or the exam was terrible, you as a student can always turn to us!
