Summer STEM Quest: Elementary Students

Supplies needed for all four challenges (supplies in bold will be sent in in our STEM kits):

  • Paper

  • Pencil

  • Crayons

  • Glass of water

  • Cooking oil

  • Food coloring

  • Aluminum foil

  • table salt or vinegar or baking soda (we are sending Alka Seltzer tablets in the kits)

  • Sink or bowl of water

  • Rocks or coins

  • Scissors

  • 2 posts (like 2 paper towel holders, lamps, chairs)

  • string

  • 2 paper clips

  • 2 bobbers

  • Tape

  • 10 objects that can be used as pin (plastic bottles, boxes, etc)

  • 1 ball or object that you can roll
