Dr. Elizabeth MacTavish

Dr. MacTavish is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in the Department of Theory and Practice in Teacher Education. She is a 16-year veteran science teacher of the public school systems in Orlando, Florida and Knoxville, Tennessee. She received her B.S. (2000) in Science Teaching, M.S. in Science Education (2001), and Ph.D. in Teacher Education (2016) from the University of Tennessee. Dr. MacTavish's research focus is on K12 underrepresented student populations' STEM identity construction - specifically related to influences impacting their decision making about course work, participation in science programs, and pursuit of STEM career fields.

Ms. Stephanie Morse

Stephanie is currently in her first year teaching 6th grade math at Hardin Valley Middle School in Knoxville, TN. Ms. Morse graduated in May 2018 with a Master's in teacher education and in May 2017 with a B.S. in Geology and Environmental Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Mrs. Cassidy Raulston

Cassidy is currently in her first year of teaching math at North Middle School in Lenoir City, TN. Mrs. Raulston graduated in May 2018 with a Master's in teacher education and in May 2017 with a B.S. in Geology and Environmental Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Ms. Bryson Scruggs

Bryson is currently in her first year teaching math at Robertsville Middle School in Oak Ridge, TN. Ms. Scruggs graduated in May 2018 with a Master's in teacher education and in May 2015 with a B.S. in Wildlife and Fisheries Management with minors in Forestry, Watershed Management, and Journalism and Electronic Media from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Ms. Samantha Stoklosa

Samantha is currently a Master's candidate in the Teacher Education Program as a post-baccalaureate at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She graduated with a BS in Wildlife and Fisheries Science in 2013 from The Ohio State University. Ms. Stoklosa currently works for Vestal Boys & Girls Club as the Club FIT coordinator working with grades K-12th.
