I currently run the Math Gender Minorities organization in the UT Austin Mathematics Department

SAGES Mentorship: Participated in SAGES program to connect its members with women and underrepresented genders in STEM careers in Austin, be those in academia or industry. Mentored undergraduate students in pursuit of industry positions; advice and monthly meetings on interview etc

Graduate Student Representative Mathematics: Served as the official voice of mathematics graduate students on matters of academics, student welfare, campus policy, and the implementation of voted policy to the UT Austin Graduate Senate body. Promoted interests and opinions of the graduate student body; served as graduate-faculty intermediary by communicating with Mathematics Chair and Graduate Coordinator in matters of compensation, equal access, etc.

UCSB AWM Math Circle: Created, developed, and grew the nation's first (free) Association for Women in Math (AWM) Circle, with the goal of encouraging and connecting young women with a love of mathematics and surrounding them by female mathematicians

Created a network and space of support by leading 40+ women in mathematics hands-on group activities led by female faculty, graduate students, AWM officers and members

POWERs Day: Led, organized, and hosted UCSB’s annual women's POWERs Days, compiling physics, statistics, computer science, and math stations led by female faculty and volunteers, thereby connecting 25 girls interested in STEM with female role models

Spearheaded funding outreach to make this opportunity free for all young women, and to incorporate all demographics
