Google for Education is a service the PYP, MYP and DP use for student emails and apps. Students have access to a suite of web apps including their school email, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Meet, Groups etc. These products tie into our use of Chromebooks which are incorporated and administered through our Google Workspace. ISH Information is the school's primary tool for information for parents for term dates, closures, events, student schedules, and other important information. Parents are expected to check this website regularly for updates on their child's schooling and important events.

IXL is here to help PYP students grow, with immersive learning, insights into progress, and targeted recommendations for next steps. Students can practice thousands of math and language arts skills at school, at home, and on the go. Login required - Provided by class teacher.

ManageBac is an application that the school uses for planning the curriculum as well as reporting student progress to parents. Weekly newsletters are also posted via ManageBac to keep parents informed of what is happening in your child’s class as well as whole school information. Parents and students will receive a Welcome Email to set their password within the first few days of enrollment. Login required - Email and password.

Open Apply is an application the school uses for enrollment admissions. Information provided in Open Apply synchronizes with Skola24 and ManageBac. Parents and students can check and update their contact details in Open Apply using the same log-in details as for ManageBac.

SchoolCloud (tes) is an application the school uses for Progress Talks between students, parents and teachers. Prior to progress talks, information is posted on ManageBac and appointments are reserved by logging into SchoolCloud. Login required - Parent First Name, Parent Last Name, Parent Email, Student First Name, Student Last Name and Student Date of Birth.

SchoolsBuddy is an attendance application which enables Fritids to plan and safeguard our students. To help the parents/guardians to stay informed about everything that happens in Fritids we send a weekly newsletter through the app and email. Login required - Email and password.

Skola24 is an application the PYP, MYP and DP uses for schedules, attendance and absence. Parents can see their child's schedule and report absences due to illness. Information provided in OpenApply synchronizes with Skola24. Within the first few days of enrollment parents (and students over 18) receive a Welcome Email to set their password which is needed to login to Skola24.se. A Swedish Personal ID Number is required to use Skola24. Login required - Email/Username and Password for Skola24.se, e-ID for the Skola24 app.
