ManageBac is an application that the school uses for planning the curriculum as well as reporting student progress to parents. Weekly newsletters are also posted via ManageBac to keep parents informed of what is happening in your child’s class as well as whole school information. Open Apply is an application the school uses for enrollment admissions. Information provided in Open Apply synchronizes with Skola24 and ManageBac. Parents and students can check and update their contact details in Open Apply using the same log-in details as for ManageBac. Login required - Email and password.

SchoolCloud (tes) is an application the school uses for Progress Talks between students, parents and teachers. Prior to progress talks, information is posted on ManageBac and appointments are reserved by logging into SchoolCloud. Login required - Parent First Name, Parent Last Name, Parent Email, Student First Name, Student Last Name and Student Date of Birth.

Tempus Nu is an application the EY uses for extended hour schedules, attendance and absence. Parents can see their child's schedule and report absences. Parents can set their login within the first few days of enrollment by dowloanding the 'Tempus Nu' app and follow the instructions. A Swedish Personal ID Number is required to use Tempus.
