ManageBac (P/S) is the school’s platform for curriculum planning and reporting student progress to parents. Weekly newsletters are also published through ManageBac, keeping parents informed about classroom activities and whole-school updates. P and S

Tempus Hemma (P) is used in the Early Years programme to manage extended-hour schedules, attendance, and absences. Parents have access to their child’s schedule and can report absences directly through the system. Within the first few days of enrollment, parents should download the Tempus Nu app and follow the provided instructions to set up their login. Please note that a valid Swedish Personal Identity Number is required to use Tempus. P

tes (P) is the platform the school uses to facilitate Progress Talks between students, parents, and teachers. Before progress meetings, relevant information will be published on ManageBac, and appointment bookings should be made by logging into tes. P
