Scholarships:

• Keys to Success $12,000 Scholarship 

  • The purpose of Keys to Success is to motivate students to unlock their future by connecting them with scholarships, internships, and opportunities that match their career interests.

• Opportunity Scholarship (Previously known as Regents) 

  • The program guides juniors and seniors through the college planning process and offers the chance to earn scholarships from $500 to $40,000, for every action that students complete.

• UNCF

  • Awards 10,000 students each year through 400 scholarship and internship programs so that students from low-and-moderate income families can afford college tuition, books, and room/board.

• Latino Students Scholarship 

  • HSF empowers students and parents with the knowledge & resources to successfully complete a higher education, while providing support services & scholarships to as many exceptional students, HSF Scholars, and Alumni as possible.

• American Indian College Fund

  • Provides Native American students with scholarships & financial support for the nation's 33 accredited tribal colleges & universities.

•  American Indian Graduate Center & AIGCS

  • The largest scholarship providers to Native students in the US, awarding $15 million in scholarships annually and more than $200 million since inception. For almost 30 years, AIGC has funded students pursuing undergraduate, graduate, and professional degrees in any field of study at any accredited institution of choice, working with over 500 tribes in all 50 states.

•  Asian & Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund

  • The nation's largest non-profit organization developed to provide college scholarships for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (AAPI).

•  Undocumented Students - University of Utah 

  • The Dream Center in the Office for Diversity & Inclusion in the Office of Undergraduate Studies works holistically with undocumented students and mixed-status families from college access to graduation. The Dream Center (1) engages in specialized college outreach and access strategies, (2) provides individualized advising and scholarship support for current and future University of Utah undocumented students, (3) promotes campus-wide advocacy and trainings for U of U students, faculty, staff and administration, and (4) increases community-wide awareness of policies affecting current and future U of U undocumented students.

  • Educate Utah - A guide to higher education

•  University of Utah - For Utah Scholarship

  • Requires minimum 3.2 GPA & Pell grant eligible (FAFSA), Apply to college by December 1 and FAFSA by Feb 1.

• Brigham Young University - Cougar Pell Promise 

  • Requirements: be admitted as a freshman student by the first fall semester after high school graduation, complete online scholarship application by the published deadline, complete FAFSA and be pell eligible

• Utah State - the Utah State Promise Scholarship

  • The Utah State Promise is a "last dollar" scholarship, meaning it is applied to your remaining tuition & student body fees after all other aid is applied (PELL grant, other scholarships, etc.) Requirements: Submit FAFSA and be PELL eligible, Utah Resident and US Citizen (or eligible non-citizen), be admitted as first-time incoming undergraduate, intend to graduate from USU.

  • One year award providing $3000 in financial support to be applied towards a student's housing cost ($1500 per semester). Students are responsible for reserving their own room via Housing & Residential Education's housing sign-up process.
