1- Visit Counseling Office at High School-
a. Request Authorization form from Ms. Daw or Ms. Pemberton
b. Program specific information- website has printable program information that can be very useful.
c. If needed schedule Pre-enrollment appointment online
2- Testing
a. Call (801) 627-8300 or (801) 395-3742 to schedule an appointment. Picture ID when you come to test
b. Study guides if testing is required

i. The CTE office can attach it with the authorization form or
ii. Bring it with you to Enrollment (official transcript sealed in an envelope)

5- Program Orientation
a. You will receive information about the program orientation at the time of testing.
b. Call the Enrollment Office (801) 627-8463 for this information.
6- Enroll
a. High School students have until the Thursday before the start date to enroll- We prefer to have them ready by the 20th of the prior month , but have made this exception for High School students.
i. October start date deadline is Thursday, September 28th .
b. Fees are due at the time of enrollment.
