Early registration pricing ends April 15. Full Registration will include all meals from the Monday evening welcome reception through Thursday lunch. Daily registration will include any meals scheduled for the day selected.
Main Registration = $450 (Early registration ends April 15!)
Late Registration = $500
Student/Retiree Registration = $300
Late Student/Retiree Registration = $350
Daily Registration = $200 (includes any meals scheduled for the day)
Registration will include the following.
• Monday, May 13 - evening Welcome Social (buffet)
• Tuesday, May 14 - buffet breakfast, buffet lunch; off-site evening social (buffet)
• Wednesday, May 15 - buffet breakfast, bag lunch for field trip; Awards banquet
• Thursday, May 16 - buffet breakfast, buffet lunch
Extra tickets for social events on Monday and Tuesday are available for $25/ea.
Extra banquet ticket = $60

Conference theme: Living on the Edge: Moose at the Southern End of their Range.
We invite presentations or posters from students, managers, and researchers on this theme or any other moose-related projects or research. We will provide options for full presentations (15-20 minutes), short presentations (5 - 10 minutes), or posters.
Abstract submission is by Google Form, use this link to access the submission form.
When submitting, please include corresponding author and contact, presentation type requested, title, and abstract of 300 words or less. If you have questions about abstracts, please contact Sydney Lamb sydneylamb@utah.gov
Abstracts are due March 31st and notification of acceptance will be emailed by April 15th.
We have a block of 75 rooms reserved for the conference for 3 nights ( May 13 – May 15 ). Rooms can be reserved through the below link or by contacting the Homestead front desk and mentioning the moose conference. Rooms are $189 + tax. All resort fees will be waived by booking through the reserved block. If you book through a third-party site, resort fees will be additional, so it will not be cheaper. If you would like to extend your stay beyond the conference reservation dates, you will need to contact the Homestead directly to let them know.

If you are flying into the conference, the nearest Airport to Midway, Utah is the Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC). The drive from Salt Lake City to Heber, Utah is about 45 miles, with a drive time of approximately 50 – 60 minutes depending on traffic conditions and routing.
There are a number of rental car companies available at the airport. There are also several shuttle bus and ride-share options. If you need assistance getting to and from the airport, please reach out to the organizing committee: mooseconference2024@gmail.com
