Per the documents below, it is expected that all state agencies:
Create and maintain a Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) that is compliant with the Emergency Management Accreditation Program (EMAP)
Have a designated COOP coordinator who will do the following:
Submit updated COOPs to DEM (Division of Emergency Management)
Participate in a state continuity workgroup
