State Directives

Per the documents below, it is expected that all state agencies: 

• Create and maintain a Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) that is compliant with the Emergency Management Accreditation Program (EMAP)

• Have a designated COOP coordinator who will do  the following:

  • Submit updated COOPs to DEM (Division of Emergency Management) 

  • Participate in a state continuity workgroup
