HB104 (2022) Performance Management Training
As mandated by the passage of HB104, performance management training is required for supervisors of State of Utah employees. All supervisors must be trained by July 1, 2023. This training is provided by DHRM. Check with your agency HR office to see if it fulfills the requirements for your agency.

In addition to the required training listed above, DHRM also offers a performance management webinar playlist and optional in-person training to assist supervisors as they prepare for and implement the requirements of HB104 (2022). These trainings do not fulfill the required performance management training mandated by the passage of HB104 (2022).

These half-day (8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.) in-person courses are offered weekly (based on demand). Wasatch Front and rural locations are available.
