University Examination Regulations:

Entry and Exit Rules

• Students are not allowed to enter the exam hall 20 minutes after the exam begins.

•  Students are not allowed to leave the exam hall before half of the exam time has passed.

Cheating and Violations

• Cheating or attempting to cheat—including possessing a mobile phone or violating exam instructions—is considered a serious academic offense.

•  Disciplinary action will be taken according to university regulations.

Absence from Exams

• Any absence without a valid excuse will result in a grade of zero (0).

• Valid excuses must be submitted within one week from the exam date.

• Excuses submitted after one week will not be accepted.

Engineering Track Final Exam Instructions:

• Attend all exams on time as indicated in the published schedule.

• Adhere to the Saudi National Dress Code.

• Use your university email for all official communication.

• Bring all required exam materials, including pens, pencils (if needed), a scientific calculator (as required by the course), and any additional tools specified by your instructor.

• Students are responsible for ensuring they have all their exam materials; borrowing during the exam is not allowed.
