Dr. Kim is a Research Scientist at USUHS. Before joining the Upadhyay Lab, he studied various signaling mechanisms of breast cancer in Dr. Cutler’s lab at USUHS. Prior to that, he worked at the NIH as a visiting fellow where he delved deeper into studying cancer. He is interested in exploring regulatory cellular and molecular mechanisms of breast cancer tumorigenesis. When Yung-Chul is not in the lab, you can find him biking around the DMV area and enjoying the outdoors.
