About Me

Kaelyn Loveless is a second year Masters of Art student in Utah State University's Instructional Technology and Learning Science program. In her time at USU, Kaelyn has built skills in training and course design, cultivated a knowledge of a variety of learning theories, and is expanding her knowledge of graphic design, web design, and content development.

In addition to experience with the ITLS program, Kaelyn has worked with the USU Undergraduate Admissions Office as a student ambassador, a professional recruitment specialist, and now as the Assistant Director of Recruitment. She brings with her seven years of recruitment experience, four years of CRM experience with Recruit CRM and Salesforce CRM, and over two years of experience working with Canvas Instructure, an LMS.

As a recruitment specialist, Kaelyn uses her instructional design background to develop online training courses for 100+ student ambassadors at Utah State University's Logan, Price, and Blanding campuses. Additionally, Kaelyn designs and facilitates professional development opportunities and the new hire training courses for the USU Admissions staff.

In her spare time, Kaelyn loves trying new, local food with her husband Josh and going on walks with her newborn son Theodore.
