PamiNOW: Deaf Community Awareness is a program that aims to bridge the local deaf community and the hearing. It seeks to provide people with basic skills and knowledge in Filipino Sign Language and intends to bring awareness and inclusion to the community. PamiNOW is a combination of the words “paminaw” which means to listen and the word “now”. It was created in partnership with Deaf Association of Misamis Oriental (DAMOR) along with 3 internal organizations in USTP.

One of the goals in PamiNOW is to aid communication to the deaf people in the region by providing basic information about FSL and the deaf community in general. This project is a response to the lack of Filipino Sign Language (FSL) initiatives for deaf residents in Misamis Oriental, this is also part of the main advocacy of the SSGC. The program also calls on the Senior High School students of USTP to be volunteers or "Ka-PamiNOW" and provide them with skills in effectively communicating with each other and integrating them into communities through DAMOR-related activities and volunteering for the deaf.
