Logging In on the App
Download the mobile application to your device
Apple: Download the TW 2.0 App - https://apps.apple.com/us/app/tw-2-0/id6742016186
Android (Google Play Store): https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.teamworksapp.unity&hl=en_US
Login to TW 2.0 using Hub credentials/or SSO for those applicable
PLEASE NOTE: Age 13 is the minimum age to have an independent login on USTA.com so if you are a guardian for a player under the age of 13, you will be invited to login using email and password or be provided login details by the staff
Log into TW 2.0 with SSO or your Teamworks Credentials
Turn on notifications.
Navigate the app, starting with the dashboard to see all News Posts, Unread Messages, Tasks, Calendar events, and Files/Videos
Complete any tasks necessary.
Open the App

Click on the TW 2.0 app and then click sign-in
Choose SSO
Choose SSO
Click on "Sign in with organizational account" and then add "usta" os the organization uless your player is 13 and under which would mean you will use Username and Password instead.
Web Login

When logging into the Web App on your browser you can either go directly to usta.teamworksapp.com or select . Alternatively you can go to teamworksapp.com and select " Sign in with Organizational SSO ".
The next screen will ask for a subdomain which will be "usta" and then click "Sign in with SSO"
The system will use your usta.com login to authenticate. If already logged into usta.com you will immediately go to the homepage and skip this step. If you encounter any login issues please email systemsupport@usta.com and we will assist you as soon as we can.
