Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an account?
You don't need to sign up on your own! Either USTA Tennis Player Services or Player Operations will set up your profile for you. Once your account is ready, they will reach out to you directly with everything you need to get access and log in.
What is Teamworks Hub?
Teamworks Hub is your personal home base as an athlete. It's the platform where you'll find everything you need in one place — from your daily schedule and team communications to forms you need to complete and important announcements from your coaches and staff.
You'll log into Hub regularly to stay on top of what's happening. It's where you'll check your schedule, receive messages from staff and coaches, complete assigned forms, review travel information, and stay connected with your team.
Teamworks is accessible both through a web browser and a mobile app, so you can stay connected and check in from wherever you are.
What is Teamworks AMS
AMS stands for Athlete Management System, and it's exactly what it sounds like — a system built around you as an athlete. It's where your personal profile, records, and important information are stored and managed. It can be accessed from within the Teamworks App.
You may not always log into AMS yourself, but your coaches and athletic staff use it behind the scenes to manage your profile, track your progress, and make sure you're meeting any required deadlines or compliance needs. When staff reach out about completing a task or updating your information, it's often coming from what they see in AMS.
What is SSO?
SSO stands for Single Sign-On. It's a convenient login method that allows you to access Teamworks using an account you already have — no need to create or remember a separate username and password just for this platform. If you have a USTA account — the same profile you use to sign up for USTA Tournaments or complete your USTA SafePlay compliance — that's exactly what you'll use to log into Teamworks. Your existing USTA credentials carry over, so logging in should feel familiar and straightforward. If you are using SSO with your USTA account, go to: usta.teamworksapp.com
If you don't have a USTA ID, or if you are under the age of 13, you will likely be set up with a standard email and password combination instead of SSO. This is a separate login that will be provided or set up for you. If you are using a standard email and password login, go to:www.teamworksapp.com
Do I need a USTA id?
Not necessarily. If you already have a USTA ID — the same one you use to register for USTA Tournaments or complete your USTA SafePlay compliance — you'll use that to log in through SSO at usta.teamworksapp.com. If you don't have a USTA ID, or if you are under the age of 13, you'll be set up with a standard email and password login instead at www.teamworksapp.com. Either way, USTA Tennis Player Services or Player Operations will set up your account and let you know which login method applies to you.
I was supposed to receive an invite for myself/my child, but I do not have it in my inbox. Who do I contact?

If you still can't find it, reach out to your contact at USTA Tennis Player Services at pdplayerservices@usta.com or USTA Tennis Player Operations and they will be happy to help get you sorted.
