Good Day, Excellent Ones! For direct assistance from the UST Faculty of Arts and Letters Office, you may scan the QR Code or press the button to be redirected to the AB Virtual Office. The AB Virtual Office provides important information in regard to student affairs of the Artlet community. The website contains contact details of AB Administrators, student services, document templates, official schedules, as well as program offerings and the like. The site also gives consultation hours via Zoom Cloud Meetings in a given schedule to assist students.

Grievance Help Desk:
Greetings, Excellent Ones! The Grievance Help Desk serves as an optional platform for complainants that are Legal Management students, Thomasians, and Non-Thomasians where they can air their complaint/s regarding any legally demandable rights or anything that violates student welfare and safety. Please be informed that filing grievance through this help desk is optional. You may directly send your grievance complaints at your discretion to the Vice-President for Students' Rights and Affairs of the UST Legal Management Society with the contact details provided below.

THOMEDSS Guidelines:
For on-site or face-to-face events and transactions, students are required to submit an e-health declaration upon entry of the gates of the UST Campus as well as upon entry of the students' respective building/s. Please be guided by the guidelines provided on how to submit an e-health declaration through THOMEDSS Case Tracker.
Go to https://thomedss.ust.edu.ph/ or click the button below and log in with the same credentials as your MyUSTe Student Portal.
2. Upon logging in, scroll down in the main page to the COVID-19 Response portion and click the "Case Tracker" button.
3. Click the "New Health Declaration" button to access the health declaration form.
4. Answer all the necessary details accordingly then click save down below upon accomplishing it.
5. Upon saving, take a screenshot of the page and show it to the guards upon entry to the university premises and in your respective buildings.
