We are part of the Department of Clinical Analyses, Toxicology, and Food Science at the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Ribeirão Preto (FCFRP), University of São Paulo (USP).
Our team of passionate and skilled researchers is dedicated to leveraging multi-scale pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) approaches to advance global health. We are actively engaged in groundbreaking projects in translational PK/PD, focusing on HIV, tuberculosis, and neurocryptococcosis. Optimizing drug dosing is essential to ensuring both safety and efficacy, and our work aims to develop less invasive, more effective treatment and prevention strategies for these widespread and impactful diseases.
