In 2019, I was nominated by a fellow student for the University of Pittsburgh's Provost's Advisory Committee on Women's Concerns (PACWC) Spotlight on Women Leaders. In my interview I discussed how we can work to engage women in academia.

As a graduate student, I worked with UPMC's Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh to reduce patient time in the Emergency Department. This work was highlighted by the Swanson School of Engineering and the Pittsburgh Post Gazette.  

My hometown newspaper featured an article on my sister and I pursing our careers, our love for math, and believing in yourself (even in failure).
