Circulation:
Borrowing and returning of library resources
Privileges:
Faculty and administrators are given a month to borrow 15 books at a time while Students are allowed to borrow 3 books at a time for 3 days and Professional School students are allowed to borrow 3 books at time for 1 week Filipiniana and Theses and Dissertation are for ROOM USE only.
Note: You may return your borrowed books through the drop box located outside the entrance of the library
Bibliographic Service:
Search the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) (http://opac.usls.edu.ph:8080/?config=default#section=home ) Please ask assistance if you can not locate the book.
Online Renewal:
Login to your account at http://usls.edu.ph/library (for those who are registered) or contact the circulation section at tel. phone no. 434-6100 loc. 354 or 155 to renew your borrowed library resources or to register for an online renewal.
Online Reservation:
Online reservation of facilities and equipment must be done three days before the activity. Please register LRC Facility Online Reservation Form for library facility use and forms.gle/DJgTaUU2p6h51GHdA for use of IMC facilities. Confirmation will be emailed within 2 days.
Note: Please check calendar posted in the LRC website for availability of facilities before reservation both library & IMC
Library Information Literacy:
Supports the information literacy needs of the academic community through online instruction, orientation, research assistance and searching for information, database searching assistance
Information Delivery:
Delivery of information needs both online or physical. Book request will be delivered on a scheduled time or can be picked up at the library

Reference & Information Services:
The library provides assistance to library users in searching for the resources they for their research and instruction needs
Interlibrary Loan:
The library facilitates borrowing of library materials and obtaining copies of documents from other libraries
Printing:
The library facilitates printing of researches done by users with a fee depending on the kind of printout they wish.
Visiting Researchers:
Students from other schools, alumni, professional and corporate researchers
Students must bring their ID and referral letter from their Head Librarian
Professional/Corporate researchers, secure a letter from their office head
Alumni, should present their Alumni card
Note: The library materials are for library use only. Outside researchers are accommodated only during regular class days except examination week, Saturdays and terms/summer break
