Contractor Expectations
Independent Contractors work for the agency, not the school(s), and are esteemed representatives of U.S. Healthcare Services, LLC.
Professional demeanor and appropriate attire is expected at all times. Paperwork must be compiled accurately, completely, and in a timely manner.
Questions, concerns and/or issues regarding the referral, the assignment details, the student, the family, the school, the student’s home and/or environment, the contracting arrangement, reimbursement, paperwork requirements, and any/all other matters are to be directed solely to U.S. Healthcare Services, LLC and will be addressed by the agency.
Professional licenses, certifications, clearances, training, professional liability insurance, and documentation necessary and/or related to the contracting arrangement are the responsibility of the Contractor and must be kept accurate, complete and current at all times to continue in the contracting arrangement.
