To connect the iPad to Wifi: Open settings by tapping the settings icon. Tap Wi-Fi. Wait for your Wi-Fi network to appear in the list, then tap it to connect. Type in your Wi-Fi password and tap join.

If your iPad is frozen, unresponsive, or won't turn on, you may be able to fix it by resetting: First try to turn the iPad off by holding the power button (upper right corner) for a few seconds, then drag the slider to turn it off. Wait about 10 seconds, then hold the power button again until the iPad turns back on. If this doesn't fix the problem, or if the iPad won't turn off, you may need to reset the iPad: Hold the home button and power button for 5 seconds. Release both and wait 10 seconds. Hold just the power button again until the iPad turns on. If the iPad won't turn on, or remains unresponsive, please call tech support.
