If your chromebook won't turn on there are a couple things to try: First plug the charging cable into your chromebook, and make sure it's plugged in to a working wall outlet. If the battery is dead plugging in the chromebook may cause it to turn back on automatically. If this doesn't fix the problem you can try resetting the chromebook: With the power cable still plugged in press the reset button (above the "4" key) and the power button at the same time, then release. The chromebook should turn on after a few seconds. If none of these solutions work please contact tech support.
If your chromebook is frozen you can reset it: Make sure the chromebook is plugged in to AC power. Next, reset it by pressing the reset key (right above the "4" key) and the power key at the same time. Press both keys together then release. The chromebook should immediately power off, then after a few seconds, the chromebook should power on. If this does not solve your problem please contact tech support.
