How to Select Your Courses in Xello

Tips: 

When choosing your classes in Xello, it's very important that you: 

• Select 7 classes for the S1, and 7 classes for S2

• Don't choose the same class for both semesters, unless it is a year-long course.  The second semester of a year-long course will be added for you automatically. 

• Don't choose a class that you have  passed already. The exceptions to this rule are: 

PE classes

Any of the Arts Portfolio classes

• If a class is listed in different categories, only select it once. 

• Make sure you select classes that you are qualified to take.  Pay attention to prerequisites.  If you see a red flag, find a different class.  See example below for a red flag (red circle).
