5.8.24: Posting senior grades - H. Stessman

When you’re ready to post senior grades, here’s a work aid to help!  Thanks to Tina Beard for her help with this!

This is on the work aid, but as a word of caution (okay, several words):  IMPORTANT!!  If you change a grade manually from whatever the calculated grade is in the in-progress column; i.e., a B+ becomes an A- at your discretion, etc., when you go back to post everybody’s grades at the end of the semester, you MUST override the senior grades you changed, or the original calculated grade will post to the transcript, NOT the grade you changed it to.
