We sincerely thank you for your interest in applying for the 2025 Miss McPherson County Fair Association Rodeo Royalty Pageant. Deadline for application is Tuesday, July 1, 2025. The queen and princess competitions will be held on the afternoon of Thursday, July 17, and morning of Friday, July 18.

Please use links below to access and print the Miss MCFA Queen or Princess Application, Release of Liability form, and Official Pageant Rules and Regulations of the Miss McPherson County Fair Association Rodeo Royalty Committee.

Those participating in the Miss MCFA Queen and Princess Pageant are required to attend the rodeos Thursday, July 17, and Friday, July 18. Meet at 6:30 behind the chutes for instructions, then be ready on horses at 7:00. The coronation will be at the beginning of the Friday night rodeo at 7:30 PM. On Saturday, July 20, the newly crowned 2025 Miss MCFA Queen and Princess are required to make appearances and help with the buffalo chip toss at 6:00 PM before the demo derby.

Application fee (nonrefundable)--$25 for Queen and Princess
Release of liability form
4x6 Color photograph of contestant (head and shoulders in western attire and hat-no crowns or sashes)--photo can be printed and mailed with application or emailed to mcmannist75@gmail.com
$50 Cash or Check Sponsorship is required for Queen and Princess and can be turned in anytime by July 17 (checks payable to MCFA Pageant).
