The AHS staff realize that students comes to us with a variety of stressors that often extend beyond school. Growing up can feel tumultuous at times. Feeling any combination of sad, angry, stressed, and confused can feel overwhelming to handle alone. While these feelings are normal, it's important for students to know they have support. Below are resources that can be used to learn about and manage those difficult emotions.


Please note, if your emotions feel like too much to handle alone or make you feel like you might be at risk for harm there are people to help! See a counselor, a teacher, an administrator, or talk with another trusted adult.
