We are NOT able to honor AVCTL League or USD 385 activity passes for this event.

RESTROOMS - the only restrooms available are at the stadium.  Please DO NOT enter the elementary school next to the stadium or Andover Middle School or High School.    While waiting "ON DECK" there is a new visitors side restroom for any emergencies. For all other restroom needs, please use the facilities connected to the concession stand behind the home side/west bleachers. 

EQUIPMENT PROVIDED.   1 power strip connected to electricity,  3 Jarvis Drum Major Podium.

Transportation and Unloading Details

Unloading at practice fields

• Your buses and equipment vehicles will need to unload at the designated loading zones near the warm-up fields. These have been marked on the images below. Buses are not permitted to stay in these areas after your band has unloaded in order to keep things moving. They will need to move to the off-site parking locations (listed below).

Offsite Bus Parking

• After your buses drop you at the warm-up fields, we ask that they move to the offsite parking locations. These are: 

  • Along Allison Street (adjacent to the stadium) 

  • At Andover eCademy (1411 N Main St, Andover, KS 67002). This is a 0.5 mile drive from the stadium. 

• If you are not planning to stay for awards, your buses can pick you up on the West Side of the stadium. We ask that buses only use this area for loading, not parking. 

Moving over to stadium

• Your band will walk from the warm-up fields to the stadium. There is a sidewalk that connects between Andover High School and Andover Middle School that cuts all the way to the crosswalk. Your band guides will walk you along this route. 

• You will cross at Andover Road and Allison Street. Please use the crosswalk. If the light runs out while your band is crossing, our SRO has asked that you continue walking so that the whole band crosses at once. The drivers can wait.

Spectator Parking

• Anyone who is coming to watch the festival can park on the west side of the stadium or at Andover Middle School. Those that park at Andover Middle will need to use the crosswalk at Allison Street and Andover Road.
