Parents of high school students: if you would like to receive weekly reports on your child's Internet use, please use this form to request access to your child's relay information. Please list the district e-mail address for the student that matches the parent/guardian name in Power School. Please make sure you know your student's Andover student e-mail address (this will serve as a security checkpoint).
