Here's a look at some of my lifts and what Muscles they work
Dead-lift is a great workout. I prefer lifting with a hex bar over a normal barbell (Like in the video). There are different ways you can do it but no matter what it will work a number of muscles including: Glutes, Hamstrings, Lower back, Upper back, and even your abs on top of everything else
MY MAX:
Hex Bar - 405
Barbell - 385
This lift right here is another good one for working multiple muscles at once. working the same muscle as dead-lift, clean is probably the number one workout to build muscle quick and efficiently .

Hang-Clean - 185
Power-Clean - 170
Hang-snatch is a workout that most people don't do, let alone even know it exists. It isn't the most fun but it is one of the best workout you can do to strengthen your back, along with parts of your legs and arms.
I have yet to try and max but in this video I snatched 95
Back squat is a universal workout. This builds leg and back muscles and helps with explosiveness and speed.
