This course is for students who are interested in the art and creation of theatre but are not interesting in performing on stage themselves. 

This class takes a deep look into the aspects of technical theatre including stage lighting, sound design and production, costume design and production, marketing, and most importantly, stage design and construction. 

In this course, students will learn the fundamentals of all technical aspects of theatre and gain real world experience through project based learning of set design and construction. Students will learn material budgeting and allocation, drafting technique, design technique, and the art and construction of stagecraft. 

Students will work in real time on designing and building sets for OHS productions.
